The second Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) construction multi-level building in Australia, and the first of its kind in South Australia, Verde works to the strength of the material creating a vibrant addition to the streetscape and wider community.
Utilising the strength, lightness and warmth of CLT as the main structural material, Verde focuses on both advantages during construction and those for the end user. Shortening construction time and impact on neighbours dramatically, the resultant residences are naturally quieter, better insulated and more sustainable than if constructed using traditional methodologies. A celebration in exploration and collaboration, Verde offers an alternate way forward for the construction of multiple residences. Located on Kaurna Country.
