Designed to meet the needs of a vibrant and sociable team, the URPS headquarters focuses on pockets for interaction dispersed throughout workspaces. Embracing a modern warehouse aesthetic with large volume and ample natural light, the design is grounded with rich, deep colours and pattern, creating moments of containment within the overall light-filled volume.
Programmatic planning was required to accommodate both large and intimate meeting areas, communal work spaces, and a large kitchen area serving as a community hub and social gathering space. All elements within the space draw on the emphasis placed on social engagement and hospitality within the workplace.
URPS creates an inviting and collaborative work environment, connected to core values of the company and reflective of desired future direction.
