Repurposing an existing brick building, the fitout takes advantage of the frontage to create a private working area with communal break out spaces closest to the street.
Commencing from a basic shell, the blank canvas encouraged collaboration and integration to achieve a modern workspace. Translucent sheeting filters light into the terrace, exposing brickwork and celebrating existing building fabric, while utilising existing street front openings offers glimpses within and encourages interaction with the street-wide community.
